Speech-Language Pathologist

Nature of position:

Temporary Part-Time: 7.5 hours bi-weekly (0.1 FTE) Feb1/18 – June 30/18

Rate of pay:

As per Collective Agreement – Paraprofessional Wage Grid Level 17


Dogwood Place Child and Youth Development Center


Must have a Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, be a member in good standing in the College of Speech and Hearing Health Professionals of BC and eligible for SAC Certification. Experience in pediatric intervention preferred. Must have current Criminal Record Check as per Association policy, First Aid and CPR. Also, must have a valid driver’s license.

Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:

Other assets include experience with augmentative communication, computers, sign language, feeding, and community in-servicing. A commitment to families, teamwork, community education, and the philosophy of early intervention are the attributes of our team members.
