Requirements:
The Site Coordinator is responsible for the planning, implementation and overseeing of the day to day administrative and managerial needs of Lion’s Place, including adherence to the Residential Tenancy Act. This position requires the ability to function independently and frequently under pressure while managing multiple concurrent projects and deadlines including effectively managing emergency situations. The Site Coordinator also performs a range of services that support the maintenance and repairs related to buildings, grounds and equipment, in one or more areas such as electrical, plumbing, painting, snow clearing and grounds keeping
Valid Class V Driver's License, current First Aid and CPR, TB test results, Hep B immunization, current Criminal Record Check as per Association policy, a completed Physicians Approval of Health.
Qualifications / Knowledge / Skills:
Diploma in a related Human / Social Service related field, Completion of related vocational training such as building maintenance course. Minimum 3-5 years in a management or supervisory capacity, supervising at least 8 staff,
